This project included limited expansion to a small 1920 English Tudor Cottage to improve functionality of the kitchen and interior circulation. Two small additions were carefully added in a manner compatible with the existing home design to allow the interior improvements. The final design eliminated an awkward and inconvenient circulation path through the kitchen from the back driveway side door, provided a new mudroom entrance, and reoriented the first floor lavatory for more convenient access from living spaces.
